腾讯公司成立22周年啦！在这个普天同庆的日子里，思麦森为腾讯华东总部的健身中心策划了企业周年庆活动，鹅宝们积极参与，现场氛围火爆。

It's the 22nd anniversary of Tencent. In this day of universal celebration, Smartsunplanned the enterprise anniversary celebration activities for the fitness center of Tencent headquarters in East China, goose treasure people actively participate in, the scene atmosphere is hot.

此次企业周年庆活动的主题为“迈出第一步，绽放活力新征程”，活动地点：腾云、腾大健身房及腾云主舞台。企业健身健康活动项目有活力快闪、动感单车、手工T恤绘画&热转印、特色合影、体能挑战赛。

The theme of this anniversary celebration activity is "Take the first step, bloom vitality new journey", the activity location: Tengyun, Tengyun gym and Tengyun main stage. Enterprise fitness and health activities include dynamic flash, spinning, hand-made T-shirt painting & heat transfer, featured group photo, physical challenge.

体能挑战赛

鹅宝们不仅是个工作达人也是个健身达人，今天我们设立了一分钟体能挑战赛，分为卷腹和波比跳两项内容，要来好好检验一下亲们的运动能力。小伙伴们的体能和意志力让人钦佩，平日里看来没少锻炼哦。赢下比赛的小伙伴们拿到了定制的专属T恤。

Goose treasure is not only a work expert but also a fitness expert. Today, we set up a oneminute physical fitness challenge, which consists of two items: belly curl and Bobbie jump, to test dear friends's athletic ability. Your physical strength and willpower are admirable, and it seems that you exercise a lot during the day. The winning contestants were given custom-made t-shirts.

动感单车要求你的踏频跟着音乐做出很大的改变。在今天的企业健身活动中，思麦森的单车教练和鹅宝们进行了一场速度与激情的碰撞。这是耐力和意志力的较量，让人惊讶的是，每一位上车的鹅宝都坚持到了最后一刻。腾讯人，不服输！

pinning requires your pedals to make big changes to the music. At today's corporate fitness event, Smartsun's bike coaches and goose-baos had a collision of speed and passion. It was a battle of endurance and will power, and surprisingly, every gooseberry on board held out until the last minute. Tencent people, do not concede defeat!

今天，有超过300多名腾讯员工参与了本次企业健身健康活动，小伙伴们对每一个活动项目都热情高涨，积极表现，在参与过程中充分展现了大家的凝聚力、创新力和竞争力。从锻炼中收获健康，从健康中享受快乐，从快乐中享受人生，以饱满的热情投入到工作中。站在22周岁的起点，大家绝不停歇，继续向前。
